I’m John, an insomnia coach. I help driven men overcome insomnia using practical, evidence-informed strategies, without relying on supplements, hacks, or so called “perfect routines.”

Who I help

Men who:

  • can’t fall asleep (or wake up and can’t get back to sleep)

  • feel wired at night and exhausted during the day

  • have tried “all the right things” and still feel stuck

  • worry their sleep is ruining their performance, health, or relationships

What we do together

We focus on the real drivers of insomnia: pressure, fear, and the habits that accidentally keep insomnia alive. You’ll learn how to:

  • stop the nightly struggle (and the clock-check spiral)

  • rebuild confidence in your ability to sleep

  • handle bad nights without panic

  • make sleep come back naturally, the way it’s supposed to

Why I’m qualified to help

 

I battled insomnia for over 7 years during a period when I needed to perform. I know the mental loops, the desperation, and the “why can’t I just sleep?” frustration.

I also bring formal training: a B.A. in Psychology (University of Rhode Island) and certification from Sleep Coach School.
