I’m John, an insomnia coach. I help driven men overcome insomnia using practical, evidence-informed strategies, without relying on supplements, hacks, or so called “perfect routines.”

Why I’m qualified to help
I battled insomnia for over 7 years during a period when I needed to perform. I know the mental loops, the desperation, and the “why can’t I just sleep?” frustration.
I also bring formal training: a B.A. in Psychology (University of Rhode Island) and certification from Sleep Coach School.
